Pet Policy

Spayed/Neutered cats are welcome at a maximum of two per apartment. Pet policy is 2 pets per apartment. Pet fee is $350 and Pet rent is $25 a month per pet. One dog under 75 lbs or two dogs with a combined weight of 75 lbs. Our breed restriction list includes: Akita, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier (all breeds), American Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Chow Chow, Alaskan malamute, Mastiffs, any Wolf Hybrid Mix, Presa Canarios and any mix breeds listed. No ferrets, snakes or exotic animals permitted.
